Our Passionate Support Team

At Doctors of Hearing, Inc, we believe exceptional hearing and balance healthcare starts with people who truly care.

We are proud to have a compassionate, attentive, and highly skilled team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. Our staff, including audiologists, patient care coordinators, audiology assistants, administrators, and office management, bring extensive experience in the field of audiology as well as hearing aid dispensing and care. Our audiologists and staff work together as a close-knit team, united by a shared commitment to providing thoughtful, personalized care for every patient who walks through our doors.

At Doctors of Hearing, we embrace a patient-centered care approach and understand that a positive patient experience is essential to delivering the highest quality healthcare. Our goal is to ensure every patient leaves feeling supported, understood, and confident that their needs have been fully addressed.

Doctors of Hearing, Inc is committed to making hearing healthcare accessible, convenient, and safe for all of our patients. With three clinic locations, we are able to serve our community effectively. Our San Dimas office is especially well suited for urgent needs, offering a spacious facility and ample parking, and is conveniently located between our Pasadena and Rancho Cucamonga offices.

All of our providers are licensed Audiologists, and none work on commission, allowing us to focus entirely on what matters most: patient care and trust. Our audiologists are certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and the American Academy of Audiology (AAA), with several also holding board certification from the American Board of Audiology (ABA). Together, our team brings extensive clinical experience across diagnostic testing, hearing aids, and balance care for patients of all ages.

In addition to serving our patients, we are proud to be involved in training the next generation of audiologists. By mentoring students and externs, we stay at the forefront of best practices while contributing to the future of the profession.

Above all, our goal is to help people stay connected to their loved ones, their communities, and the world around them. We are honored to be part of our patients’ hearing journeys and are committed to delivering the highest level of care every step of the way.

Hilda Robertson

Administrative Manager

Hello, my name is
Hilda Robertson and I am the Patient Care Coordinator for the Pasadena office. I joined the Doctors of Hearing, Inc. team in April 2021 with over 20 years of experience in the hearing industry. At Doctors of Hearing, my daily tasks include everything from assisting the Senior PCC to booking appointments and ensuring patients have a pleasant experience while at our office.

I am happy to be the friendly face that greets our patients at the door. Working in this industry has been a great privilege. I especially love knowing that I have a small part in helping someone's hearing improvement.

I strongly value our patients' satisfaction and am willing to offer my assistance in any way necessary. It is very exciting to start this journey with Doctors of Hearing and I am proud to be able to be a part of a great group of people. Outside of work I am a loving wife, mother and grandmother. I enjoy spending time with other family members as well on my weekends.

Melissa Chavez

Audiology Aide/PCC

Hello my name is Melissa Chavez, I am a Patient Care Coordinator at the Rancho Cucamonga location of Doctors of Hearing and joined the team in January 2026. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and enjoy assisting Spanish-speaking patients so they feel comfortable communicating and fully understand their hearing care and recommendations.

My responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering patient questions, and assisting with authorizations and CPT code modifications to help ensure insurance coverage. I enjoy working at Doctors of Hearing because of the respectful team environment and the care shown to both patients and staff. I also appreciate the skills that I have learned while working at doctors of hearing.

Adam Cho

Accounts Payable

Adam Cho has been working with Doctors of Hearing since 2011, beginning as a volunteer when the company started. Before that, he spent many years volunteering at senior centers, senior fairs, and churches. His passion for helping older adults began at a young age, inspired by the love, respect, and care he has for his grandparents and the fact that his parents are audiologists.

Adam enjoys assisting patients and listening to the stories shared by seniors, believing that every conversation offers an opportunity to learn and build meaningful connections. Over time, many patients have become like family and longtime friends, and he values the sincere affection they show.

He is bilingual in English and Spanish, with some knowledge of Korean. Adam attended Mt. San Antonio College, where he completed general education courses along with studies in the medical field.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys attending church.  He has volunteered at his previous church by editing photos and serving on the worship team. He also plays the guitar and keyboard.

Adam loves working at Doctors of Hearing because he strongly aligns with the organization’s commitment to treating every patient with compassion, dignity, and respect. He shares the same mission and takes great pride in helping others whenever he can.

Adam currently works remotely overseeing the accounts payable for hearing aids. He ensures that payments are processed in a timely manner and that applicable orders are properly credited.

Jacqueline Preciado

Insurance Verification Specialist

Hello! I’m Jacqueline Preciado, Lead Specialist in our Insurance Verification Department at

Doctors of Hearing, Inc. I personally work with your insurance provider to verify your benefits and help you understand your coverage, making the process as smooth and clear as possible. We always encourage patients to familiarize themselves with their individual insurance plans to avoid surprises. While I’m happy to assist with verification, detailed benefit information must come directly from your insurance company, which can sometimes take a little time. Contacting

your provider yourself can often speed up the process—just be sure to note the representative’s name and call reference number for your records. Even if your plan indicates a doctor’s referral is not required, our verification may show otherwise. Please remember that we are an audiology practice, not a medical office. Many insurance companies require a written order or recommendation from a physician or ENT for

services or hearing aids to be covered. To keep your care and hearing aid orders on schedule, we may need a doctor’s order when your

insurance requires it—even for some PPO plans. We know this can be inconvenient and appreciate your understanding, as these rules come directly from your insurance provider. If you have any questions along the way, we’re always here and happy to help!

Rose Dungca

Patient Care Coordinator

My name is Rose Dungca, and I have over 30 years of experience in the hearing healthcare industry. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with patients in audiology practices, including serving as a patient care coordinator, where I supported patients through their care and helped guide them along their hearing journey.

I understand how meaningful hearing care can be, and I take pride in being part of a team that is dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered service.

Outside of work, I am a wife, a mother of three, and a proud Lala to my granddaughter. I value the importance of family and meaningful connections, and I enjoy spending my spare time with loved ones. These values carry into my work, where I strive to create a supportive, respectful, and positive experience for every patient I assist.
