• We created drive-thru contactless appointments for adjusting hearing aids We are no longer accepting walk-in appointments

• We have temporarily removed all magazines, and our tea & coffee services
• We have generated instructional videos on hearing aid care, cleaning, and cell phone trouble shooting, available on our website for free
• We have implemented Telehealth
• Patients and Doctors can contact us via video chat on our website
• We replaced our equipment to be more automatic and faster
• Patients can fill out forms and make payments through our website
